welding rotators(turning roller)

The welding rotators(turning rolls) series includes the self-alignment, the adjustable, the vehicle, the tilting and the anti-drift types. The series is used to weld, polish and assemble the cylinder-shells, and to line the shells with rubber. The self-alignment welding rotators(turning roll) can be aligned by itself according to the size of the shell, the adjustable welding rotator(turning rolls) can be using screw arbor shifts and conventional power grading. They can be controlled with AC frequency converter, and the linear velocity is displayed by the digital. They are advanced and reliable.

As per the customer`s requests, we can design and manufacture non-standard turning rolls, such as trolley style turning rolls, inclining rolls, hydraulic lifting turning rolls and assembly turning rolls and so on.
